Project Details
Facilitate access to training and employment for groups with a migration background, strengthening their “learning to learn” competence throughout life. The SKILLS 4 WORK team, composed of 4 partners from 4 European countries, worked from January 2022 to June 2024 on this initiative.
The partners' objectives are to:
✨Raise the skills of adult education professionals by offering a e-learning path detailing the “learning to learn” skill into four areas:
- digital skills,
- the relationship with others in the context of training,
- oral and intercultural communication,
- and autonomy in learning.
✨ Recognize and value the skills of trainers
✨ Encourage innovation and internationalization in our partner organizations.
