The result is 4 training courses designed to help you develop your skills. Whether they are aimed at education and social work professionals, jobseekers or direct beneficiaries, all our training courses call on a selection of speakers chosen for their expertise throughout Europe.

Cap Ulysse participates in and coordinates pilot projects in partnership with European training players on themes linked to education, innovation and socio-professional integration. We develop new pedagogical content (tools, methods, training, etc.) to – Promote the inclusion of all vulnerable groups in mobility policies and programs, including employees and professionals, – Promote recognition of mobility and training experiences in Europe. – Professionalize those responsible for promoting, organizing, supporting and evaluating European mobility. Develop the skills of professionals and people in integration through inward and outward European mobility: Cap Ulysse organizes work placements and provides pedagogical support for participants. Cap Ulysse also organizes mobility to other European countries, in particular for jobseekers and learners with disabilities.Key figures: over 3,500 European trainees hosted in Bordeaux since 2007. Over 200 French trainees sent to Europe since 2015.
