Launch of the ERASMUS+ OPTIMO Project

On October 29 and 30, Cap Ulysse had the honor of hosting the first meeting to launch the ERASMUS+ “OPTIMO” project in Bordeaux. This promising initiative aims to strengthen the skills of language trainers by putting them in contact with people with a migration background. The aim is to help them develop effective communication skills that are essential in an increasingly interconnected world.

Objectives of the OPTIMO Project

The OPTIMO project is based on several key objectives:

  1. Increase Knowledge and Resources
The project aims to enrich the knowledge of language trainers by offering them not only linguistic activities, but also essential communication activities. This will allow trainers to better meet the needs of their learners.
  2. Offer Practical Advice
OPTIMO will provide practical advice for course planning, as well as a resource center including 100 communication exercises. These tools will be valuable for trainers who want to diversify their teaching methods.
  1. Introduce New Approaches and Tools
The project aims to introduce new approaches and teaching tools to improve the quality of teaching. The focus will be on innovation in adult education to make learning more engaging and effective.

An Inspiring Kick-Off Meeting

The launch meeting allowed the partners to become familiar with the objectives and stages of the project that will guide their actions over the next three years. It was also a key moment to choose the official logo for the OPTIMO project, a symbol of this dynamic collaboration.

We would like to express our gratitude to all our partners for their active participation and enthusiasm during this meeting. The OPTIMO project represents a great opportunity for collaboration and innovation in the field of language education.

We can't wait to see what the future holds and to share the progress of this exciting project with you!
