Don't Phish Me: Cyber Security in Adult Education

We are delighted to present our European Erasmus+ project “Don't Phish Me!”, developed in partnership with Reconnect. This initiative aims to improve the cybersecurity and digital skills of professionals working with adults in vulnerable or low digital literacy situations.

The coordination meeting

To mark the launch of the project, a transnational meeting was organized in Bordeaux. European partners specialized in adult education — LUC (Slovenia) and Oriente Express (Austria) — as well as our local partner Reconnect, came together to consolidate their collaboration, share ideas and define a common vision for the project.

Inspiring study visits!

In parallel with the meeting, we also carried out study visits with organizations committed to digital inclusion and cybersecurity. These local initiatives play a critical role in ensuring safer, accessible, and inclusive digital environments for all.

Thanks

A big thank you to the digital inclusion project managers at Bordeaux MétropoleAnna Lebey, Sarah Gillery, and Daniel Penicaut — for their invitation to GNI (Digital and Inclusion Group).

We also thank:

  • Araxane Le Mouël, for the warm welcome and the presentation of CADA GroupSOS,
  • Digital Solidarity Action, for the presentation of their online structure,
  • Reconnect, and especially Elodie Des Plas and Léo Dubrana, for their valuable collaboration and their interactive workshop on cybersecurity.

Next steps

We are now moving on to the next phase of the project, which includes:

  1. A thorough investigation : Identify specific digital security training needs in each partner country.
  2. An inventory of active organizations in this area and the collection of their best practices in cybersecurity.
