QUEST is an e-guide, facilitating the participation of European micro-companies in mobility programmes and giving minority groups access to quality working mobility experiences.
QUEST aims to address the lack of awareness of the social and business benefits of hosting a European Mobility Intern amongst MSEs (micro and small enterprises) by sharing a combined wealth of experience in the hosting and organisation of quality national and international mobility experiences. We hope to thereby ensure that quality and equality is at the core of mobility placements in European MSEs.

Results and products:
The comprehensive e-guide provides tools to promote quality and diversity, including advice about day to day work and best practices which hinge on the dissemination of this new European understanding at a local and national level.
