MAKE IT HAPPEN is a transnational project designed to develop and share best practices and promote cooperation amongst VET providers in Europe with a specific focus on facilitating the access to Education and Vocational Training Mobility for disabled learners.
– Improve staff skills and knowledge about the inclusion policies of each country involved in the project and encourage all partners to collect best practices from virtuous organisations in the field of education or training for SEN learners.
– Create a European Network of economical actors interested in opening their doors to disabled learners, social actors and educational institutions including VET providers aiming at promoting training mobility opportunities for disabled learners.
– Draft a European State of the Art presenting each partners’ local context from a social, economic, cultural and legal perspective on the inclusion of disabled people in education and in the labour market, and a Catalogue of Best Practices coming up from the transnational meetings organised all around Europe.
