The In.P.U.T Partnership originated from the need for a full and formal examination of the professional profile of the Cultural Event Manager in Europe. The profile created by the project includes a definition of key competences and skills of a Cultural Event Manager (CEM).

This allowed for the comparison of the vocational profile with the existing CEM training paths in order to improve the training opportunities. The practical outcomes of the project include:

–       Improved tools for ‘matching’ the available training with business world to improve the quality of transnational internships;

–       The identification of the problems affecting the transnational mobility of the CEMs through case studies in the field of Arts & Culture and Cultural Creative Industries.

–       The recognition of best practices, recommendations and guidelines to support the acquisition of new and updated competences and skills to remove obstacles to future transnational mobility of the CEMs.
