EU Grad LLP – Erasmus
Eu-grad was a project working to improve the employability and mobility of young graduates, working toward “total mobility: Any postgraduate student in any country and in any company.
The partnership initially focused on identifying barriers and trends by creating national workgroups including Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) and national companies. Possible drivers for increased mobility arose and were presented and discussed at the EU-GRAD International Seminar on Learning & training mobility in Europe, in Madrid on November 2011. They are still available in the format of “Case studies”.
The 2nd year of the project turned to the practical side: sharing best practices for hosting and receiving trainees; the production of a recommendation report aimed at HEIs and Enterprises and finally, the presentation of a learning +
training mobility programme based on specific and innovative learning modules and outcomes, and an international project-based internship model.
